Our way of business

General

VLCTY (“we”, “us”, “the store”) sells motorcycle parts and accessories within the European Union.
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to make a purchase.
These Terms apply to all orders placed through our website or authorised dealers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in [EUR/SEK] and include VAT according to EU law.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
If payment is unsuccessful or suspected to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Orders & Order Confirmation

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A binding contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation.
Orders may be cancelled if products run out of stock, pricing errors occur, or fraud is suspected.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the EU using the carriers listed at checkout.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times are 1-2 business days unless stated otherwise.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Please inspect your package upon delivery. Transport damage must be reported to the carrier and to us promptly

Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days from receiving the goods.
To qualify:

Products must be returned unused and in substantially original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Exceptions:
Custom-made products, special orders and items damaged through misuse or improper handling are not returnable.

Warranty & Claims

VLCTY does not offer any commercial warranty on any products. In accordance with EU consumer law, we cover manufacturing and production defects only, for up to 2 years from the date of delivery.
The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered:

Damage caused by accidents, crashes, or falls.
Improper installation.
Wear and tear.
Corrosion due to weather or lack of maintenance.
Modifications or alterations.
Misuse or abnormal handling.
Some products are produced using FDM printing technology, this production process can leave small imperfections and are not seen as a manufacturing defect and does not impact the performance of the product
Valid claims will be resolved through repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

Product Compatibility

The customer is responsible for verifying compatibility with their motorcycle. Images may differ slightly from the actual product. VLCTY is not responsible for workshop or installation costs.

Product Use, Safety, and Crash Protection Disclaimer

VLCTY products are designed to help minimize potential damage to the motorcycle in the event of a fall or accident. However, every crash is unique, and outcomes vary depending on speed, angle of impact, surface conditions, installation quality, and many other factors. For this reason, VLCTY cannot guarantee that our products will prevent all damage or reduce the effects of every crash.
Our products are not intended to protect the rider or passengers in any way. They are not safety equipment, and they do not prevent injury or death.
By purchasing and installing VLCTY products, you acknowledge and agree that VLCTY can not be held accountable for any injuries, death or financial loss.

We process personal information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data may be used for:

Order processing.
Delivery.
Customer service.
Fraud prevention.
Marketing, if consent is given.
