Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to comply with applicable Swedish consumer protection laws, including the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) and the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).

Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

If you are a consumer residing in Sweden or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your order, in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.

Refund process

To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your product. When you request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Conditions

The product must be returned in the same condition as when received. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for any diminished value of the product due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and function.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or clearly personalized products.
• Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery.

Defective or Incorrect Items
